“The best way to describe Savannah is she is a next level competitor. Savannah manages the responsibilities of meeting high academic standards, involvement with school clubs and the demands of being an athlete. Savannah is extremely coachable and is always respectful of her teammates and coaches. Her teammates and coaches trust her. Every time Savannah steps onto the court she is working to make herself and her teammates better.”

“I’ve coached many talented athletes over my 17 years as a coach, but Savannah Lynch stands out—not just for her skills, but for the way she carries herself, on and off the court. Savannah’s basketball IQ is off the charts—she sees the floor like a seasoned pro and anticipates plays before they happen. Whether it’s threading a pass through traffic, locking down the other team’s best scorer (regardless of position), or calmly sinking free throws under pressure, Savannah does it all with poise and precision. Last season, in only her sophomore year, she reached 1,000 varsity career points and led her team to a 4th place finish in the IHSA State tournament.
While naturally gifted, what truly sets Savannah apart is her work ethic. Every drill, every practice, every rep—she gives 100%. In addition to her work on the court, she has added strength, conditioning, and agility training. Savannah never settles, never coasts. She holds herself to the highest standard and is incredibly coachable. She is always looking to grow her game, having added mid-range scoring to her arsenal of knockdown three-point shooting and her ability to get to the rim. Her effort level is contagious, and her teammates push harder because she sets the standard.
Savannah tends to lead by example, but she also knows when to speak up. I’ve seen her pull teammates aside, encourage them when they’re down, and challenge them when they need it. She’s mature beyond her years, always putting the team first, always focused on the next play, the next challenge. She cares about winning, not her own stat line, and she’ll do whatever is asked of her to make winning possible. Because of that, she does win, and she does have a great stat line, often leading in scoring, rebounds, assists, steals, deflections, and
It’s a privilege to coach Savannah. She’s not just a great basketball player—she’s the kind of person who elevates everyone around her. No matter where her journey takes her next, I have no doubt she’ll continue to succeed. Savannah is a winner.”

"Savannah always brings an infectious energy to practices and games. Her teammates are constantly inspired by her positive attitude and unselfish play. With her incredible court vision, she finds open teammates with a better scoring opportunity. Sav's hard work and dedication to the game are truly admirable, and it was always a pleasure playing with her."
"Savannah always gives her all no matter what! Her passion and energy spreads to those around her and they often look to her for guidance and support!
"Savannah is such a versatile player, and can do it all - from shooting the 3 to driving to the rim - but she always puts her teammates first. She has a winning mentality and her energy is contagious. She is such a great leader for only being a sophomore because she makes everyone else around her better."
“Savannah has a unique skill set. She can play 4 positions on the floor. She is a mismatch problem at the next level. She can score from all 3 levels. Savannah’s game is not done developing and that is scary. When it is all said and done she will be an elite kid in the 2027 class in Illinois.”
